We are currently recruiting a Tenancy Accounts Officer to join our team in Tamworth. This position is full time at 35 hours per week.
The Tenancy Accounts Officer is responsible for effectively managing the recovery of arrears. They provide accurate, sensitive and responsive account enquiries and information services to both staff and clients, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
The Tenancy Accounts Officer has a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Managing end of Tenancy processes.
- Providing responsive and efficient communication to clients enquiring about current or former debt.
- Monitoring and investigating missed payments, and liaising with clients to arrange collection.
- Preparing and completing NCAT hearings for former tenancies.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent customer services
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a multi-faceted high paced team
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to problem solve
- Current Driver’s License
- Current Criminal History Check
- Certificate III in Community Services is desirable
- Experience within a similar role or within the Community Services sector is desirable
- Experience working within Tribunal
