Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a desire to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable, but not required. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to help meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery and tools used in the production of bricks and pavers.
• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Inspect finished products for quality control and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
• Adapt to new processes and technologies as they are introduced in the production line.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Forklift license is preferred but not required
