Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality artisanal breads and rolls for large national retailers and the food service industry, based in Dandenong South, Victoria.

Role Details

Food Production Worker

• Weekday Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM | $30.13/hr + Super
• Weekday Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM | $39.17/hr + Super
• Weekend Saturday (Fixed Rate): Morning and Night Shifts | $45.20/hr + Super
• Weekend Sunday (Fixed Rate): Morning and Night Shifts | $60.26/hr + Super

• Assisting Mixers
• Moving bulk batches into tipping area
• Racking raw finished product
• Moving pans from racking onto line
• Moving racks into ovens (no rotation)
• Removing racks from ovens (no rotation)
• Unloading empty pans from baking line
• Restacking pans into racks
• Packing, sealing and labelling
• Palletising

Requirements

• Food processing/packing/production experience.
• Good attitude
• Must be Flexible
• Willingness to learn the various duties at each station
• Willing to move around different workstations as required or on rotation
• Thorough understanding of GMP
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Can do 12-hour shifts
