About the role

Max Biocare is seeking Casual Production and Retail Workers to join our growing team across the two sites in Port Melbourne and South Yarra. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of our skincare, and retail operations of all of our product ranges.

What you'll be doing

• Inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Dispensing raw materials for production.
• Operating machinery and equipment, including mixers, fillers, and labelers.
• Packing products into unit cartons and carton shippers.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the factory and ensuring proper documentation.
• Picking and packing orders for fulfillment.
• Processing and dispatching customer orders.
• Managing order-related documentation and logistics.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Adhering to all relevant quality, health and safety standards
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or retail environment is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and productivity in all tasks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
