We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to bring data-driven insights and support project governance across the Asia-Pacific region.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture, manage, and analyse project data to improve business performance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
• Support financial reporting, resource planning, and risk management
• Maintain and improve PMO governance frameworks, processes, and systems
• Collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and best practices
  

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years experience in a PMO Analyst position or similar role
• Knowledge of PMO and project governance methodologies
• Understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
• Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, or similar (a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
