COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE + MACBOOK LAPTOP + WORK FROM HOME + BONUSES

***MUST HAVE SKILS***

  • Extensive knowledge of handyman/maintenance work (how long a job should be scheduled for, organising trades, inputting quote requests + work orders into the system.
  • Ability to use XERO payroll, invoicing, accounts payable.

Daily tasks include:

  • Organising and scheduling work orders + quotes.
  • Answering calls and liaising with clients to lock in our handymen to complete works.
  • Sending off invoices and chasing up invoices.
  • Organise payroll through XERO and allocate paid invoices into the system.
  • Formulating a basic scope of works to add to a quote card.

MUST HAVE:

  • EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE of maintenance/handyman work + length of time a job will take so it can be scheduled accurately.
  • Can work in a fast paced environment.
  • Can learn quickly and on their own.
  • Organised and ability to keep to a tight schedule.
  • Honest and communicates well and clearly.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Good with numbers, invoicing and thorough
  • Sees themselves in this position and wants to grow with the business.
  • Ability to use our job management system called “Service M8” and has experience using other job management systems previously.
  • Macbook laptop provided
