Roofing Project Manager.

As a leader in providing high-quality commercial roofing services, we are looking to add a skilled and dedicated individual to our team to manage and oversee the successful execution of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects from start to finish.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate rdering of materials for roofing teams and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Pre Planning with Site teams to ensure productive flow of works.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Roofing project management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation methods, materials, and techniques.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.
