The Role

The role of the Digital and Business Project Manager is to plan, manage and coordinate the development and delivery of projects for internal use as well as external use in a commercial context. The role will work collaboratively internally and externally to coordinate input, resource and information as required to deliver project outcomes as agreed within scope and budget.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time (38 hours per week) opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual ready to make a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop appropriate project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and performance environment aligned to our values
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and senior management
  • Implement and oversee Agile methodologies for appropriate projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management
  • Drive delivery of HearHub product improvements and functionality in an iterative manner
  • Work with other project teams and relevant stakeholders to support and maintain HearHub production operations and processes
  • Coordinate change and release management in conjunction with IT and other project teams
  • Advise or coach other staff who have project management responsibilities with less experience

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience leading a scrum, agile or DevOps projects and their processes and artefacts
  • Ability to coordinate internal resources and stakeholders for the successful execution of projects
  • Minimum relevant project management qualification
  • Proven working experience as a project manager of multiple, multi-year business and technology change projects with annual budget at least $1M
  • Demonstrable ability in managing complex dependencies, project status and financial reporting, and building and developing strong internal and external relationships
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking of skills and input
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage competing demands
  • Willingness to obtain Registration to Work with Vulnerable People, a NDIS Worker Check and obtain full vaccination for COVID-19 (2 doses)
  • Full working rights to work in Australia.
