The Opportunity:

As the Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks. From managing schedules and coordinating travel to processing invoices and handling key office functions, your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this dynamic role. You will also provide support to senior executives with personal assistant duties, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to management.
  • Assisting with office management and key administrative tasks.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and confidential documents.
  • Managing accounts payable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Processing, recording, and tracking invoices with precision.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, contracts, and invoices.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Managing schedules, organising meetings, and preparing essential documentation.
  • Assisting in managing executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Xero & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives working in autonomy.
