About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the mortgage and finance team at Bell Partners Finance as a Finance and Mortgage Broker. As a key member of our fast-paced and dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial and mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best possible loan solutions to meet their needs. What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, lead generation and referrals
• Conducting comprehensive financial assessments and needs analyses to understand client circumstances and goals
• Researching and identifying the most suitable finance and mortgage products to meet client requirements
• Preparing detailed loan applications and supporting documentation
• Negotiating with lenders to secure the best interest rates and loan terms for clients
• Providing ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the loan application and settlement process
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and finance industry, regulations and market trends

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a mortgage or finance broker, with a strong track record of delivering positive client outcomes
• Excellent understanding of the Australian mortgage and finance market, including loan products, policies and regulations
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions for clients
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Highly organised and able to manage a diverse client portfolio effectively
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
