About the role:
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role as part of the Technology Services division in delivering Rehab Hire & Sales Digital Transformation Project. Reporting directly to our Managing Partner, your primary responsibility will be to liaise with all areas of the Business, gathering requirements and reengineering key processes for implementation in new systems to achieve the business’ goal to be come “paperless”. You will be confident to work alongside industry experts within the healthcare sector and understand the need for quality service.
Duties:
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
- Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
- Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
Qualifications:
Applicant must have one of the following:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification plus two (2) years of post-qualification experience
OR
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience
Desirable
- Masters degree
- Knowledge of the ELMS2 software
Skills
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for analysis of data highly desirable
- Experience in implementation/configuration of Zebra hardware in warehouses desirable
- Exposure to the Healthcare industry
- Keen to learn and can work in a productive team environment.
- Willing to follow directions and able to complete tasks with great attention to detail

- Annual salary of $80,000 - 100,000+ super (depending on experience)
- Onsite parking in a convenient location
- Hours of work are: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
