Join a leading Chartered Accounting firm as a Business Services Manager / Assistant Manager. Work with a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and large corporations. Gain exposure to complex financial and tax issues while building client relationships in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team members.
  • Oversee and manage workflow processes.
  • Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for all entity types.
  • Handle BAS, IAS, and FBT preparations.
  • Review tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Contribute to Business Advisory services and other client engagements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience in Public Practice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with CA or CPA qualification.
  • Deep understanding of Australian taxation laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior to senior accountants
  • Expertise in Australian technical accounting and tax.
