Pro-Kit, a well-established importer and wholesaler of auto accessories and tools based in Minto, is seeking an experienced and hands-on company bookkeeper to join our team. 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Process creditor invoices
• Handle fortnightly payroll processing
• Input and reconcile credit card payments
• Prepare payment runs for Finance Manager approval and process authorized payments
• Manage rebate calculations
• Perform month-end procedures
• Managing international transfer payments and allocate FX gain and loss
• Prepare and lodge BAS, payroll tax for different states, superannuation payments.
• Prepare FBT and present to external accountant
• Liaise with external accountant for annual financial reports
• Liaise with bank field audit when required
• Arrange hire purchases for company vehicles and process related journal entries
• Producing accounting related reporting when required.

About You:

We’re looking for a driven professional who is passionate about their work and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and possesses:

• A qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Peach, MYOB or the ability to adapt to new software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong time management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude
