Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant care, including pruning, fertilizing, pest and disease control, and irrigation.
• Lead and mentor a 2-4 member team,.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage the garden budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of professional horticultural experience, with prior experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of plants, including ornamental, edible, and rare species.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining diverse garden landscapes.
• Proficiency with horticultural tools and machinery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Degree or certification in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, or a related field (preferred).
