About the Role

As the Lead Gardener, you will oversee a team of gardeners, create and implement seasonal planting schedules, and introduce cutting-edge, chemical-free techniques to enhance the land’s long-term health. You will be instrumental in developing self-sustaining, technology-integrated garden management practices, including:

  • Leading and mentoring a small team of gardeners
  • Designing and implementing seasonal planting and eco-friendly maintenance schedules
  • Managing lawn care, tree health, flower beds, hedges, and ornamental plants
  • Overseeing irrigation systems and water conservation methods
  • Implementing Korean Natural Farming (KNF) principles, including Indigenous Microorganisms (IMO), Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ), and other natural soil enhancers
  • Transitioning to fully organic pest and disease management, using plant-based natural repellents
  • Ensuring the gardens remain pristine and event-ready year-round
  • Collaborating on landscape planning and estate enhancements

About You – Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about sustainability and regenerative land care
  • 3-5 years of experience in horticulture, estate gardening, or landscaping
  • Certificate III or IV in Horticulture is desirable but not essential
  • Hands-on experience with eco-friendly gardening techniques
  • Confident using garden machinery and irrigation systems
  • Creative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
  • Leadership experience with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
