SAP Consultant x 2 for Payroll ECP and Time Tracking

About the Role
Peoplebank are looking for 2 x SAP Consultants with deep expertise in Payroll and the Time Tracking modules and their associated business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition of the payroll or the time tracking operations including compliance processes
• Definition of the technical change of compliance process improvement with SI Partner
• Assist to define the benefit of using new technology
• Support the process to review and improve the process's effectiveness.
• Define the standard change management processes to implement new technologies, such as cloud technology or AI, to improve the process effectiveness.
• Document Requirements – documenting the business requirements for proposed change including: award changes, ATO legal requirements change; Fair Work's new modern award condition change; or implementing a new payroll or HR solution.
• Support Business Change –Assist in adoption of new technology and communications through their experience in assisting previous implementations. Working in between the business and the technical team, a specialist provides the best of both worlds during an implementation

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP/SuccessFactors experience in Payroll or Time Tracking
• Proven background in having worked on successful SAP Projects
• Strong background in managing SAP implementations, working with System Integrators and third-party vendors.
