We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and manage payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

• Financial Management & Accounting:

• Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, superannuation, and compliance with relevant tax laws.

• Payroll Management:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

• Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, supporting strategic decision-making.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

• Cash Flow & Risk Management:

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as the role may involve communication with stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
• Proven experience in payroll management and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• For Sydney-based candidates ability to work on-site at least 2-3 days per week at our Central Coast Location.
