About the role:

• Our focus is centered around our provision of professional services and the highest level of customer service.
• Full-time position Tuesday to Saturday.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the pharmacy team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Provide expert medication advice, consultations, and clinical services.
• Manage and oversee dispensing activities, stock control, and inventory management.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers.
• Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development.
• Provision of government, pharma and patient funded health services.
• Monitoring the performance and compliance of all staff members.
• Conduct performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA (no sponsorship opportunity).
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Newly registered pharmacists welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and improving health outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience with Z Dispense highly regarded but not essential.
• Current vaccination accreditation highly regarded.
