About the role:
Manage the operations of the dispensary and ensure the delivery of excellent professional services. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will work closely with and be supported by an experienced dispensary/ pharmacy team, Retail Manager and a dedicated Business Development Manager. Assist in developing our offer of health services and programs.

Salary of up to $115,000 plus super for a full-time Monday to Friday roster!

Duties:
• Oversee dispensary workflow and allocation of tasks;
• Manage the team delivering health services;
• Provide primary healthcare advice and support;
• Provision of government, pharma and patient funded health services;
• Monitoring the performance and compliance of all staff members;
• Conduct performance reviews and probation check-ins.

Skills and Experience:
• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA;
• Community pharmacy experience preferred;
• Competent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office;
• Current vaccination accreditation highly regarded; and
• Experience with FRED Dispense / POS Works highly regarded.
