Our client is a market-leading NFP aged care provider a seeking an Executive Assistant supporting their CEO. This temporary contract is an exciting opportunity to make an impact while they recruit for a permanent candidate with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the companies CEO during this critical transition period. You will work full-time in the office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the CEO in managing key priorities. Immediate availability is essential to commence a handover with the departing team member.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Executive support to the CEO, including diary and email management
✅ Preparing board meeting agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes
✅ Coordinating travel, stakeholder communications, and office operations
✅ Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
✅ Providing administrative support to the executive leadership team as required

About You:
✔ Proven EA experience at C-suite level, ideally within NFP or aged care sectors
✔ Strong board and governance experience, including minute-taking
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
✔ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment
✔ Available immediately for a handover and ready to hit the ground running
