As the NDIS Administrative Coordinator at BCSS, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of NDIS services to our clients. This is a casual work opportunity based in Scarborough, Queensland, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a Casual basis. This role is crucial in managing client inquiries, converting leads into active participants, and representing BCSS at community events.
Key Responsibilities
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys both administrative work and client engagement.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead Management & Conversion—Manage incoming inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and actively convert leads into participants by clearly communicating BCSS’s services.
- Client and Staff Onboarding Support – Guide new clients/staff through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and they receive a seamless introduction to our services.
- Administrative Coordination – Manage scheduling, maintain up-to-date client records, and assist with general office tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Community Engagement & Outreach – Connect with NDIS support coordinators, participate in networking events, and actively promote BCSS at community initiatives to enhance visibility and generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For: - Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the NDIS, healthcare, or disability sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
