Location: Surry Hills or Frenchs Forest, Sydney

Salary: $110,000-129,000

CPS is rapidly growing, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Planner to join our dynamic team. This is a chance to be part of a thriving, collaborative, and highly capable consultancy.

Our diverse client portfolio spans public and private sectors, offering immediate exposure to a broad range of planning projects. These include development application reviews, coordination, preparation, assessment, and management of new developments, alongside feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for infrastructure.

Beyond standard planning roles, opportunities exist for social impact assessments, assisting with NSW Land and Environment Court cases, liquor licencing applications, property portfolio reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.

We value strong communication, writing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Experience with local and NSW government planning legislation is advantageous.

This position offers flexible working arrangements, with options to work from our Surry Hills or Frenchs Forest offices, and up to two days per week from home.
