Marketing and Attraction Manager opportunity
- Approx. $80-$100 per hour plus Super dependent on experience
- Assignment duration is up to 6 months. Immediate start.
- Northern Victoria Region/Hybrid Arrangement
About the role:
Our client, an educational establishment, seeks an experienced Marketing and Attraction Manager to join them on a short-term assignment for a duration of up to a period of 6 months based in northern Victoria region with an immediate start.
As the Marketing and Attraction Manager, you will lead the strategic direction for all marketing and attraction activities to grow student numbers and enhance the organisation's brand and reputation. You will be responsible for key functions including Attraction, Marketing and Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Business and Industry Development, Events and Partnerships.
Accountabilities:
Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic planning including the Student Experience Framework, Stakeholder Engagement Framework and annual Student Growth plans that positions the organisation as the education provider of choice in the region.
- Branding and stakeholder engagement planning and activities that enhance the education provider's reputation and increase in student numbers.
- Providing exceptional external communication, marketing, and stakeholder engagement in the region.
- Ensuring a consistent and memorable student experience from initial engagement and enquiry through to commencement, ensuring prospective students receive the best imaginable experience.
- Setting up impactful events and partnerships that positions the organisation as the training provider of choice in the region.
- Overseeing and delivering strategic projects that uplift the student experience and responding to the growing needs of students in the region.
- Reporting and dashboard development that generate insights to inform organisational action.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A proven senior leader with significant experience in leading, developing and engaging multi-disciplined and integrated teams to achieve customer and stakeholder focused outcomes, and building the confidence of the Executive Team and Board in relation to area of expertise.
- A strong people leader with a track record of delivering results through the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills including proven capability for successful negotiation and influence in challenging and complex stakeholder environments.
- A strong collaborator who adds value to the organisation and builds relationships that foster shared success.
- Experience working in and influencing cross-divisional teams, and an ability to gain the support and confidence of others - including senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Proven record of achievement through setting direction, motivation, coaching staff and promoting teamwork to deliver successful business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing
- Demonstrated senior management experience in Marketing, Communications and/or Event Management
