Position Title: Automotive Operations Assistant for Quintet Automotive

Location: Burleigh Heads, Queensland

Role Overview: We're seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Operations Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn, even if you don't have prior experience in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs of vehicles for sale.
• Relocate vehicles within the warehouse as needed.
• Transport vehicles to and from mechanics.
• List vehicles on various sales platforms.
• Assess incoming vehicles and coordinate necessary services.
• Clean and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
• Communicate with mechanics, painters, and detailers.
• Monitor and report on the progress of vehicle repairs or reconditioning.
• Provide daily updates on completed tasks and pending items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and amenities.

Requirements:

• A friendly, relaxed, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Manual open car licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Six hours work, one-hour lunch break.
