Termico Pest Management is part of the Termico Group of Companies, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialized home services-Pest Control, Solar Power generations, Insulations, Bushfire Assessment and Private Certifications.
The Termico Group was established in 1996 and services the Perth metropolitan as well as selected regional areas. We have an incredible team with over 90 employees, most of them have been with us for many years.
The Position
Due to the expansion of our business we have a position available in our small inbound call centre. We require an organized, stoic team member to interact with our clients, technicians and our systems efficiently with a positive attitude along with the ability to shine under pressure.
The vacancy is within our job booking department dealing with various calls from clients in domestic homes/commercial properties and also dealing with work orders from property mangers and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
A day as a scheduler in our call centre would involve handling business on the telephone through out the day with the below responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and online enquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Booking in jobs and scheduling appointments across Perth and the South West.
- Co-ordinating technicians' daily work and assisting them with any queries they have.
- Receiving and entering call ups and purchase orders.
- Being able to work as part of a team and individually.
- To be proactive and deal with day to day issues
- Will follow the fortnight roster: week 1- 8am to 4:30pm & week 2 - 8:30am to 5pm
Essential Criteria
- Ability to manage a reasonably large volume of incoming calls .
- Experience in call center customer service would be an advantage.
- Strong computer skills
- Great telephone etiquette
- High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
- Able to juggle tasks and prioritise
- Scheduling and knowledge of suburbs would be a strong advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided
