Call Centre Customer Service Representative

Location: Footscray, Vic
Duration: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $32.25ph + super

We are looking for Inbound Call Centre Representatives to assist in a busniess critial project. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests.
-Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
-Follow company guidelines to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:
-Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
-A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
