Our client is an established industry titan within the manufacturing sector. Providing an end to end commercial dishwashing solution to hospitality, hotel, aged and healthcare sectors. From initial product installation through to repairs and preventative maintenance. This is a maternity cover 12 months fixed term contract role with the view to converting permanent. Sitting within the preventative maintenance team and you will be responsible for providing customers with the right post installation solution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound enquires and leads
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide suitable solutions
• Provide quotes, close and coordinate delivery
• Follow up on leads, objection handle and close out sales
• Identify opportunities to up and cross-sell
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Assist customers with enquires and product information

Requirements:

• 1 year of sales experience
• Sales experience; inside, telephone, account or relationship management
• Experience working in the manufacture sector (highly desirable, not essential)

Non-technical requirements:

• Passion for sales
• Interest in progressing to Business Development Manager
• Strong communication skills
