The Ostojic Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator and Contracts Administrator to join our team in Berrimah, NT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing competitive bids and managing contracts for our civil/structural engineering projects. You will play a key part in the continued growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids and tenders for civil/structural engineering projects
• Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients and subcontractors
• Manage project contracts, including monitoring compliance with terms and conditions
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating and contract administration processes
• Provide support to the broader engineering team as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in the civil/structural engineering industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prepare accurate and competitive bids
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors
• Proficient in the use of estimating and contract management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
