The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team on a variety of exciting projects in the Sydney area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in all aspects of carpentry, from framing and fix-outs to detailed finishing work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks, including framing, flooring, and fix-outs
• Execute finishing carpentry with precision, including trims, mouldings, and cabinetry installation
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Work efficiently both independently and within a team to meet project deadlines
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• White Card & relevant Trade Qualification
• Own tools & PPE
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Current Australian Drivers license and own reliable transport
• Ability to read detailed plans and follow instructions
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Positive and professional attitude
