About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front of House Hospitality professional to join our dynamic team at Pavilion Cafe and Bar in Warrnambool, VIC. This casual role will see you providing exceptional service to our valued customers in a vibrant cafe and bar setting.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring prompt and accurate service
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area
• Assisting with cash handling and payment processing
• Supporting the kitchen team as needed
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
