Our company has been in operation for 2 years and have had consistent growth over this time. We have offices in both Geelong and Melbourne and currently focus our attention on the construction, civil, landscaping and manufacturing sectors and have ambitious plans for people who join us in our early years.

Your role

• Develop new business and manage accounts in either the construction, civil or manufacturing sector
• Work a 360 desk where you also interview and place candidates on a daily/ weekly basis
• Site visits- both from a BD and OHS perspective
• Marketing- jobs adds, social content etc

About you

• Have a minimum or 2+ years blue collar recruitment experience with the same agency
• Have experience in the construction, civil or manufacturing sectors
• Be confident and capable in business development
• Be resilient with a good demeanour
