About the Role:

• Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk, specialising in white-collar industries such as:
• Accounting and Finance
• Administration
• HR
• IT
• Work Health and Safety
• Sales and Marketing
• Supply Chain and Logistics
• Build and maintain client partnerships with SMEs, large multinationals, Not-For-Profits, and local councils
• Collaborate in a high performing team to deliver great service focused on compliance and best-practices

About You:

• Proven record running a temp or perm desk within agency recruitment
• White collar recruitment experience not essential, but preferred
• Strong business development skills with the ability to expand a portfolio
• Highly organised in balancing high-volume recruitment with strong relationship management
• Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes
• Strong attention to payroll processes, award interpretations, and workforce planning tools
• Knowledge of the North West and South West Sydney markets is highly desirable
