Your responsibilities will include sourcing and placing top-tier nurses, while also identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Job Specifications:

• Proactively source new candidates (nurses) using headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and other methods
• Grow the candidate pool, ensuring accurate data entry and system process adherence
• Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients and candidates
• Provide regular updates to the team on sales KPAs, market insights, and competitor intelligence
• Present candidates in line with client requirements, ensuring paperwork accuracy
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients, promoting cross-selling opportunities
• Set high activity standards and serve as a role model for team members
• Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic to consistently exceed targets
