Community and Development Administration Support Officer 0.80FTE

(One-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Annual Base Salary: $76,915 to $91,860 per annum full-time equivalent

We’re on the hunt for an exceptionally organised and energetic person to join our Community and Development department’s administration team!

The City of Victor Harbor’s Community and Development Department delivers a variety of important services, including strategic and project planning, development and public safety, city activation and community wellbeing.

In this fixed-term part-time position, you’ll work collaboratively with the administration team to undertake a wide range of general administration duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Demonstrate high level administrative skills including word processing, agenda and minute preparation and record keeping
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
• Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement
• Use initiative, work efficiently and be proactive
