A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated and articulate person to contribute to Community outcomes while working in our Property Team. Your primary role will be to monitor and manage Council Lease, licence and Management Agreements associated with Community and Recreation Facilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Negotiate, prepare and manage all community management agreements, leases and licences to ensure equitable outcomes for Council and the community.
• Assist in improved buildings utilisation and vacancy management.
• Develop policy and procedures relevant to facilities and venues.
• Maintain a register and budgets for all community buildings and facilities.

To be successful in this role you will have considerable experience in :

• Tenancy Management
• Contract negotiation with Suppliers & Contractors
• Risk Management
• Asset Management Planning, Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Property Law or Building Construction.

A Tertiary qualification in business, administration, commercial property management is desirable.

Salary range is $111,207 - $117,773 plus superannuation depending on skills and experience.
