Looking for an Admin Extraordinaire

Your new company

A family-owned business specialising in manufacturing, this company has experienced remarkable growth, quadrupling its sales during the last couple of years. The company's headquarters are located in Melbourne, with a new office recently established in Brisbane to serve the existing market there.
The team has expanded significantly, growing from 12 staff members to 44. However, as this office is starting up, they are actively seeking an all-round office professional to take on the role of 'Receptionist' and join their expanding team.

Your new role

This position goes beyond the traditional receptionist role-it's an opportunity for the right individual to grow into an Office Manager, take on new responsibilities, and become the beating heart of this office.

  • Handle incoming calls in a great phone manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a bubbly personality.
  • Handle Invoicing and Manage Accounts
  • Perform various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordination.
  • Support office operations and assist with ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

  • MYOB experience essential (Invoicing)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience invoicing will be highly regarded
  • Bubbly and friendly personality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Occasional requirement to enter trucks and confined spaces to evaluate specifications.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in Data Entry
  • Prior Heavy Vehicle is not necessary (Will be highly regarded)
