Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is integral to expanding our presence in the market, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the coffee industry, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including cafes, restaurants, distributors, and offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote Inglewood’s product lineup, including coffee blends, single origins, and specialty offerings.
Account Management:
- Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, product performance, and potential opportunities.
Event Representation:
- Represent Inglewood Coffee Roasters at trade shows, events, and activations to showcase our brand and products.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coffee, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee and a passion for the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
