We are looking for an experienced Chef to join us here at the Ruma Dining.

Skill requirements:
 Diploma of Hospitality Management
 2 to 3 years of relevant commercial experience.

Role overview (duties and responsibilities):
 cooking and presenting dishes in timely manner
 ⁠working with the team to ensure efficient provisioning and purchasing of
supplies
 ⁠monitoring and ensuring food quality, taste and presentation of food is in
accordance with company’s standard
 ⁠⁠assisting with a creative menu to compete with other restaurants
 selecting and training cook/kitchen staff
 ⁠maintain and checking food hygiene
 ⁠communicate with owner about how to improve meal service
