Doyles are seeking to employ an experienced Chef.
Doyles On The Beach est 1885 is a family owned busy seafood restaurant situated on the beach at Watsons Bay, iconic to Sydney Doyles is famous for its fresh seafood menu, warm service and beautiful beachside location. Our food style is fresh seafood with a focus on seasonality, technique, and simplicity.
We are looking for an experienced chef to work with and lead a diverse team and with the ability to coordinate our kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
Doyles restaurant opens seven days a week for lunch and dinner and provide flexible rosters. We support our team wholeheartedly.
The Chef role is responsible for the kitchen operation when the Head Chef is not present, running service, working on sections and prep shifts, managing stock and general organisation of the kitchen team. To have integral input in new dishes and changing menus. In addition to the prerequisite high standard of cooking, time management, ability to delegate and excellent communication skills are expected of those applying for this role.
