About the role
Join the dynamic team at Conroy Removals as an Internal Sales Consultant. This full-time role is based in our Kallangur, Queensland office and will see you play a key part in achieving our sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound enquiries from customers interested in our international and domestic removal services.
• Providing consultative sales advice to guide customers towards the best solutions for their needs.
• Preparing and presenting quotations and estimates.
• Following up quotations and estimates.
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales performance
• Scheduling onsite and virtual pre-move assessments for external sales consultants.
• Taking bookings and scheduling with operations departments. and handover at customer service team.
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify ways to improve our customer experience.
  

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the removals industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries effectively
• Confident and capable with technology.
• A results-driven mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
