About the Role:

As Senior Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the reception team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Overseeing billing and accounts receivable, addressing any discrepancies.
• Handling work emails and communications promptly and professionally.
• Implementing process improvements in collaboration with the management team.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of common areas and consultation rooms.
