Position: Leading Hand Carpenter/Site Supervisor

Location: Southwest Sydney

Company: CPW Building PTY LTD – A Bespoke Building & Construction Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Manage and coordinate 1 x Tradesman, 1 x Apprentice, subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site personnel.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Report regularly to the Director on project progress and any issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Leading hand

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certifications Drivers License, White Card, Cert III in Carpentry.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong leadership style.
