We have a successful track record of delivering bespoke homes of high quality through an integrated process and with an experienced team of architects, designers, project and construction managers, dedicated on-site teams and foremen.

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to work with our site team. The successful candidate will have the following capabilities:

• Carry out all forms of carpentry including structural and fit-off
• Assist Manager with the direction of trades, including setout for services
• A keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
• Work well with others and work unsupervised when required;
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Be punctual, reliable and well-presented
• Willing to manage and mentor apprentices;
• Report to foreman and site manager
• General site administration and site safety
• Enjoy working as a valued team member and be able to engage with fellow site team members, office crew, sub-contractors and clients alike.

White card and working rights in Australia are essential. Your own vehicle and driver's license are also essential to enable you to make your own way to site efficiently.
