Civil Supervisors & Leading Hands – NSW

Minecon Recruitment are working with one of Australia’s most trusted and experienced Civil contractors to employ a team of highly competent civil experts. We are seeking Supervisors & Leading Hands to drive a New South Wales project to a successful completion.

As a Supervisor or Civil Leading Hand onsite, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating a team of workers to ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Your leadership and expertise will be key in driving our projects forward and maintaining their reputation for excellence.

Scope of work: slope stabilisation, earth works, drainage and pavement works.

Project commencement date: April 2025

• Rate: night shift rates apply + overtime

Opportunity Requirements:

• Current Drivers license
• Experience in Civil Construction, earthworks, drainage, pavements
• Managing subcontractor experience
• Experience in plant operation within a civil project
• Capability to manage crews of 5+ employees
• Dogman Ticket – highly desired
• Working at Heights – highly desired
• Plant Operating Tickets – highly desired
• Physically fit to undertake required duties
