Your Role Will Involve:

• Becoming a product expert and confidently guiding customers through our offerings.
• Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
• Managing sales, rentals, and customer inquiries both in-store and via phone/email.
• Collaborating with an amazing team to ensure that every customer receives top-notch service.
• Working with healthcare professionals and clients to create tailored solutions that make a real impact.
• Helping maintain inventory levels and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinating orders, deliveries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service.
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture where collaboration is key to success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but your enthusiasm and drive are what matter most.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and online.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
