Our client is looking for a Senior Change Manager with previous experience working on large ERP transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Stakeholder engagement – with a focus on Logistics stream
• Business Readiness and risk assessment
• Communications support and guidance
• Change impacts analysis and transition planning
• Capability uplift
• Training support and guidance

Essential Skill and Experience:

• Experience in delivering large scale, complex change agendas in an agile environment
• Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching and empowering a dispersed team to deliver outcomes
• Program experience in complex, matrix organizations with internal and external change and communication components
• Strong stakeholder management and presence with a focus on executive and senior management
• Ability to connect and communicate across all levels of business to champion a change management charter
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to articulate complex issues with a simplistic & priority focus approach
