Position
As part of the firm’s ongoing growth, this role plays a vital part in supporting administrative functions while working closely with Directors and Senior Management across various teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a primary contact for a diverse, high-value client base, assisting Directors with daily tasks and top-tier client care.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to both team members and clients.
- Managing essential ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Organising day-to-day correspondence and communications efficiently and professionally.
- Handling a range of admin duties—document management, detailed report prep, and spreadsheet upkeep.
- Maintaining and updating the client database accurately, acting as the main custodian of client records.
- Identifying process improvements and bringing new ideas to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and events as requested by Operations.
- Collaborating across teams to cultivate a positive, supportive culture.
- Proactively informing managers about capacity and workflow to keep things transparent and productive.
Candidate
The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in Client Services or Administration within a professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask while bringing initiative to problem-solving.
- A positive, team-oriented outlook with a willingness to expand your skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for growing into an industry expert and supporting your colleagues.
