Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and extend a warm welcome to our customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers with gaming equipment, including consoles, controllers, and accessories.
• Provide guidance and instructions to customers on game selection, rules, and gameplay.
• Ensure that gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor gaming activities to guarantee fair play and compliance with our establishment's policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain precise records of transactions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and exceptional customer experience.
• Perform various tasks, including payouts, hopper fills, resolving machine errors, and preparing food from our select gaming menu.
• Prioritize harm minimization procedures to ensure a safe gaming environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all our members and guests on a daily basis.
