Tasks & responsibilities

• Greeting customers on their arrival and ensuring we offer the best customer experience. Make sure that the customers provided all their details and sing all the required forms.
• Show customers booked loan cars and take photos and details from their vehicles
• Advising Customers on any additional work required for their vehicles and costs.
• Liaising with workshop controller and manager to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time and to meet customer’s requests and contact customer to inform when car is ready.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Book customers for services and repairs over the phone or by emails. Call customers with quote as per their request.
• Check loan cars when the customer return them.

About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor with mechanical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills to assist customers with their vehicle service needs.

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have computer skills and can be a multi tasking
• Mechanical knowledge will be advantage
• Current Open Manual Drivers Licence
