About the role

Pakenham Crane Trucks' is seeking an experienced Truck Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Hoppers Crossing, VIC. As a Truck Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of heavy vehicles and equipment. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular inspections and servicing of trucks, cranes, and other heavy machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Assist with the management of the workshop and parts inventory

What we're looking for

• Qualified Truck Diesel Mechanic
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional service
• Current Victorian driver's license and Heavy Vehicle License (an advantage)
